AWU takes place in the Davis Conference Center, which has over 70,000 square feet of glorious space for us to explore! New for 2026, we now have five hotel blocks for you to choose from- make sure to read about each of them below before booking!
Hilton Garden Inn
762 Heritage Park Blvd, Layton, UT 84041
The Hilton Garden Inn is directly connected to the Davis Conference Center, which makes getting to and from the con space a breeze! Rooms are $152/night for two queen beds. Note: the room block price for this hotel is only available starting Thursday, July 30, and ends with check-out on Monday. The hotel does offer a luggage hold, which allows for a Friday morning arrival without having to worry about bags until check-in at 3PM.
Home2 Suites
803 Heritage Park Blvd, Layton, UT 84041
The Home2 Suites is directly across the street from the convention center. It features a nice array of amenities, including free breakfast, a luggage hold, and a kitchen in every room (complete with dinnerware) at a nightly rate of $154/night. All rooms in this hotel can sleep four people due to sleeper sofas in each room. This hotel also allows pets up to 50 lbs for a fee, but note that pets are prohibited in the convention center.
TownePlace Suites
1743 Woodland Park Dr, Layton, UT 84041
Townplace Suites is just a short walk away from the convention center! Each room is a studio suite for up to four people complete with a queen bed, sleeper sofa, and kitchens! Free breakfast and a pool are also available here. Room rates are $139/night. Pets are also allowed at this hotel for a fee, but note that pets are prohibited in the convention center.
Courtyard by Marriott
1803 Woodland Park Dr, Layton, UT 84041
Courtyard is next door to TownePlace Suites, just a short walk away from the convention center! Room rates are $129/night for two queen beds, and amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center, and two on-site restaurants for dining.
