AWU takes place in the Davis Conference Center, which has over 70,000 square feet of glorious space for us to explore! We also have three hotel blocks for you to choose from- make sure to read about each of them below before booking!
Hilton Garden Inn (SOLD OUT)
762 Heritage Park Blvd, Layton, UT 84041
The Hilton Garden Inn is directly connected to the Davis Conference Center, which makes getting to and from the con space a breeze! Rooms are $144/night for your choice of one king bed (while supplies last) or two queen beds. No deposit is required. Note: the room block price for this hotel is only available starting Thursday, July 18, and ends with check-out on Monday. The hotel does offer a luggage hold, which allows for a Friday morning arrival without having to worry about bags until check-in at 3PM.
Home2 Suites
803 Heritage Park Blvd, Layton, UT 84041
The Home2 Suites is directly across the street from the convention center. It features a nice array of amenities, including free breakfast, a luggage hold, and a kitchen in every room (complete with dinnerware) at a nightly rate of $149/night. All rooms in this hotel can sleep four people due to sleeper sofas in each room. This hotel also allows pets up to 50 lbs for a fee, but note that pets are prohibited in the convention center.
Hampton Inn
1700 Woodland Park Dr, Layton, UT 84041
The Hampton Inn is practically across the parking lot from the convention center, just a few minutes' walk away! It features a wide variety of amenities like free breakfast, a pool, and a fitness center, with room rates at $139/night. Pets are also allowed at this hotel for a fee, but note that pets are prohibited in the convention center.
